We deliver throughout the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. Every Copper&Ease piece is made in India, where copper has been treasured for thousands of years, and is dispatched to you from our fulfilment partner in China. Your seller is Vasco Enterprise, trading as Copper&Ease.
Delivery time
Estimated delivery is 7–14 working days from placing your order to receiving your parcel. Because your jewellery travels all the way from abroad to your door, delivery takes a little longer than a high-street parcel. This total includes processing and transport; no separate processing period is added. Every order is fully tracked, and we'll email you a tracking link as soon as it's on its way.
We will contact you about material delays we become aware of. If delivery is late, contact support@copper-ease.com. Your statutory rights remain unchanged. Where required by law, you may set an appropriate additional delivery deadline and cancel for a refund if it is missed. You may cancel without an additional deadline where the law permits, including where an agreed essential delivery deadline is missed or we refuse to deliver.
Delivery charges and import costs
Standard UK delivery is free. All applicable taxes and duties are included in your checkout total. No additional import payment should be requested on delivery. If a carrier requests an unexpected charge, contact support@copper-ease.com so we can resolve it.
Delivery problems
Check your address before paying and contact us promptly about corrections. An address change may not be possible after dispatch. If your parcel is delayed, missing or damaged, contact us. We remain responsible for the goods until you, or a person you nominate other than the carrier, take physical possession. The statutory exception applies if you independently commission a carrier we did not offer.
You do not have to pursue a claim solely against the carrier or overseas supplier. Cancellation and faulty-goods rights are explained in our Refund Policy.
